PRINCIPAL

Nima’s practice is focused on providing strategic direction and legal counsel to executives and owners of startup and emerging companies on a broad range of legal and business issues. He has extensive legal experience as outside general counsel representing individuals and companies in the areas of business and complex litigation, intellectual property, real estate, corporate compliance, business sales and acquisitions, commercial negotiation, employment, business torts, and risk management.

Nima has also created, developed, and operated start-up ventures and corporate businesses in financial services and wholesale distribution sectors.

Nima currently works with U.S based as well foreign companies doing business in California in a range of industries including manufacturing, entertainment, hospitality and professional services. Nima has extensive experience across a broad range of legal disciplines from structuring business acquisitions, negotiating software and content license agreements, and advising companies regarding corporate compliance and human resources.
