Mark Bonin et al vs. Burger Bar San Francisco, LLC et al
San Francisco Superior Court Case No. CGC-11-508418; As co-class counsel, Nima filed this lawsuit on behalf of up to 100 restaurant employees against Burger Bar in San Francisco for systematic labor code violations, including failure to pay wages, failure to pay overtime, and failure to provide meal and rest periods. This case is currently pending in San Francisco Superior Court and is scheduled for trial in December 2012.
Joseph Aubrey, Jr. et al vs. Marriott International
San Francisco Superior Court Case No. CGC-05-445159; As a plaintiffs’ counsel, Nima represented hotel employees in this wage class action against Marriott Hotels to enforce San Francisco’s living wage ordinance. Marriott paid $1.35 million to the class to settle.
